The diversity in soil type, climate, culture, ethnic group and occupations, these cuisines differ from each other mainly due to the use of locally available spices, herbs, vegetables and fruits. Indian food is also influenced by religious and cultural choices and traditions.
Foreign invasions, trade relations and colonialism had introduced certain foods to the country like potato, chillies and breadfruit.

Wheat Tortillas 2 large
Mixed Sprouts to deep fry
Mixed sprouts 1 cup
Onions chopped 1/2 cup
Green chillies chopped 2-3
Potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into small cubes 2 medium
Mixture of red chilli powder dried fenugreek leaves, salt and dried mango powde 1 teaspoon
Sweet date and tamarind chutney as required
Green chutney as required
